Grind coriander, mint, cumin, green chillies, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and salt and make thick chutney
Boil potato, peel and mash
Add green chutney
Add chat masala and chilli flakes, mix well
Mix water in all purpose flour to make thick paste, keep aside
Take one papad, make it wet on both sided, keep it for 30 seconds
Take some potato mix, keep it at one end of the wet papad leaving the edges
Roll it firmly sealing the corners using all purpose flour paste
Prepare all the rolls similarly
Heat up oil, fry the rolls on medium flame until golden brown and crisp
Serve immediately with a dipping sauce of your choice
